As required

Assistance with daily living: meals, washing up, shopping, ironing, mending, small laundry tasks, administrative procedures, daily maintenance, accompaniment on trips (to the doctor, family, hospital, etc.).
Healthcare assistance: help with non-medical personal hygiene, mobility, changing protective undergarments, ensuring medication is taken, help with getting up and going to bed, etc.
Emotional support: reassuring presence, encouraging independence, combating isolation, supporting family carers, etc.

She is also a link between the beneficiaries, their entourage and others service providers at home.

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

A social worker first visits the home to assess the situation and organise personalised support. Together, they decide on the frequency and duration of the services.

Depending on the beneficiary's needs and the availability of the service, home help can be provided up to seven days a week. Tasks performed at weekends and on public holidays are limited to essential assistance (meals, washing, getting up and going to bed).

Under the supervision of the social worker, and in collaboration with other home care providers, our staff are informed of the situation and work as a team to ensure continuity of service and adapt as best as possible to needs.

Nour service is available by telephone Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.. For emergencies only, our childcare service is available by telephone outside our opening hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
