Transport for people with reduced mobility

Our service is intended for anyone with reduced mobility, whether temporary or permanent, who is unable to use either their own car or public transport.

This applies in particular to persons:

requiring walking assistance,
with motor, visual or cognitive disabilities,
with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair,
or living with a disabling illness.

As required

During medical consultations, examinations or hospitalisations
When travelling for shopping, leisure activities or family visits
At events that contribute to wellbeing and social life

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

Interventions are planned according to the needs of beneficiaries and the availability of the service.

The days and times are agreed upon jointly, in order to offer a personalised solution tailored to each situation.

Care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., with other options available upon prior request.

Telephone hotline

Our service is available by telephone from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

For emergencies only, our on-call service is available by telephone outside of our business hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pricing

Our service has an agreement with TEC Liège-Verviers and applies the official fares in force, calculated according to the zones travelled through.

Free travel passes may be obtained under certain conditions — please enquire at the TEC office.
